Is this video card the right one?
It’s time to finally replace the on board video card on my motherboard (GeForce 8200)! My motherboard is an AMD socket 940 DDR2 (http://xfxforce.com/en-us/products/motherboards/NVIDIA%20GeForceseries/NVIDIA%20GeForce%208200.aspx)
The video card that I’m looking at is the XFX PVT98GYDLH GeForce 9800GT 512MB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Video Card (http://www.directron.com/pvt98gydlh.html)
Are these two compatible? Any recommendations? Thanks so much, guys.
these two are compatible and probably is the most reliable one so i would end up buying the video card that you mentioned. I don’t really have any other recommendations because i’ve researched board video cards and the best one is the XFX PVT98GYDLH GeForce 9800GT 512MB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Video Card and it is compatible to your type of motherboard.
