Mac should I get?

Hi all, Im going to a boarding prep school and wanted to buy a new Mac for school in my price range is $ 0-1600. I need something with at LEAT 2.6 GHz processor and a graphics card that supports games dx10/dx9 boot camp, the two who were watching were a Refurb iMac http://store.apple.com/us/product/FB419LL/A?mco and AI = MjE0NDk5Mw Refurb MacBook Pro now http://store.apple.com/us/product/FC026LL/A?mco=MjE0NDk5Mw mac white paper has an 13.3-inch 2.4GHz 2GB RAM and 160GB HDD, but I'm looking to upgrade this year or next. i all going to use this computer for games Heavy Boot Camp (ie, consequences, crisis, X-Plane, cod, etc..), schoolwork (iWork 09), perhaps a bit Cinema 4D, and some moderate on the issue Video Final Cut Express / iMovie 09, then a lot of iTunes music videos (as 70gbs) and surf the net, and photohop. Please tell me you think time you should get a new Mac Book Pro or new 24-inch iMac from my sitchuation, Cheers! I have a white MacBook

MacBook. Anything portable. Especially if you are going to school. If you can not play the games that he hoped would save more money. IT "S WORTH IT. That was one of my options to get disadvantaged a new computer and going to school. I was stuck at home to do research. And in general to be home was a major distraction to getting work done. If I had decided on getting a laptop that would have been more likely to get around the city and feel less settled in my-in multiple forms homework.
